I called 3 weeks ago trying to get pricing for all my insurance needs from Michael, and was told he'd call back on Monday, 2 weeks go by and nothing then I call back and talked to Kevin he said he'd check into it and call back in 10 minutes , I have yet to hear back and that was several days ago. Needless to say if they can't keep their word on getting back to you imagine how you would be treated if you was a customer...

I called on 11/16 around 9 am. I spoke with a woman and gave her all necessary info for a new auto and renters policy. She said she would look around and call me back. To this day Ive never heard back from anyone. I also submitted an email request on their website on 11/20 (no response from that) I also tried calling again today 12/1 (no answer). Irritated I wasted my time giving someone the info to just never hear from them again.
