I'm a 100% disabled Veteran. I stayed at baymont for a few months and was told I would be given a refund if I left during my week. I left a day before my next week started and a week later they waited until the middle of the night and stole 300 dollars out of my bank account. I just called and they said because I didn't come down and check out. I called the day before I left and told them not to charge my card because I was leaving. They said ok no problem and then robbed me a week later. They stole from a disabled Veteran and I will make sure they never steal from another one

Beautiful establishment. I use a wheelchair & asked for an according room. She was happy to do so! I get off the elevator & there was barely room for my wheelchair to exit the elevator. I get to to the room & take a shower, and notice a lot of body hair in the shower on the wall. My husband moved the sitting chair & found previous stayers trash.

Staff was kind and very patient they told me and wrote down things to know . password ,breakfast hours, pool times. I'm very pleased.
Rooms: The room was clean and cozy

Right in the location my husband is working its a 10 minute drive
Rooms: Rooms are very clean and they housekeepers are very professional at there jobs
Noteworthy details: The staff is awesome the manager of the hotel is the best at helping her customers all of staff trys to be very helpful rooms always cleaned and the whole staff is really helpful
