Its now a best Western and all the rooms are redone as well as the outside. Initially when we checked in we were given the wrong room and there was already a family in that room. We got assigned the right room the second go around. The chair for the desk had stains and splatter all over it and you could see where they painted over water damage in the ceiling but overall the room was clean. However when we checked out our bill was 60 dollars more than what we had booked it for on hotels.com and my husband had to go back in to get it fixed which they did

Was told my room was 89$ then a early check in fee for an additional 25$ yet my card was charged nearly double that amount, didnt get a copy of the receipt. The room itself was fairly clean but the smoke detector was hanging by a few wires from the ceiling. Smelled like it was recently painted, the entire lobby was under plastic so they are still doing construction yet no discount for the fact they have people working from 6 am till night being very noisy in the process of our stay. The water pressure is the worst Ive ever seen in my life, it was like holding a garden hose up to your head. The fact the employee essentially lied about my total then deducted twice what he told me the stay was then told me security deposit yet charged me multiple fees for the exact same charge and said Id be refunded in a matter of days yet I only received one credit of his multiple charges. Sketchy. Wouldnt recommend and will never return.

Sad! HirE a deep cleaning crew. This place was trashed. Food in the elevator. Dirt everywhere. Clumps of tangled hair balls on the bed. Broken fixtures. Dirty sinks, floors, toilets, and showers! Not sure what was in fridge just know it was gross!! They were doing some renovations, which was a mess beyond belief. The dirt and mess from renovations went far beyond the areas being worked on. Renovations only added to the already sad state of this place. HIRE A CLEANING CREW!
