Pathetic at best. I do not recommend this place at all, but if you must eat there, do not attempt to place an order after 7 on a Friday or Saturday night. Their employees are already in shut down mode even though they are still supposed to remain open for a couple of more hours. The joint was empty, already a bad sign, and as soon as we walked in the cooks threw down their hats and/or aprons in disgust yelling "F@#$ing God%&#@!" We turned right around and walked out, I'm not a big fan of having obscene bodily excretions mixed in with my food.

Sarah- the assistant manager has an attitude problem
they do not care about customer complaints
rarely can they get an order correct
they say they offer delivery but everytime you request delivery they say they have no driver
management needs to be replaced
they refuse to give a corporate number
^hmm i wonder why
these people are incapable of doing their jobs
I was in restaurant management for 15 years, If I were to run my store like this, I wouldn't have had a job

I have never had bad food from Mancino's, always top notch. However, we called in an order for 3 grinders and were told it would be 25 minutes. Not a problem for a Sunday night. We showed up to pick up our order only to find out they hadn't even started our order yet. I would understand if it was busy, but the place was completely empty. They didn't admit they didn't start the order yet, rather nervously asked if we had anywhere important to be. I had to ask, "I assume you haven't started our order yet?" to which the young cashier nervously said, "yeah." That alone is a little irritating, but they started the order and we left while they made our order. Once we got home, one of the other people to who now has to wait for their order called to complain. She was greeted with lies and excuses stating 1) they didn't have the grinders that we ordered from the online menu, then 2) we took an order for 2 lasagnas... 2 different, blatant lies for why our order wasn't started. The girl on the phone proceeded to rudely argue and make excuses rather than own up to the lazy mistake. I physically watched the girl grab our order off the wall, which had not been started from 30 minutes prior, and never once questioned us on what we ordered. So, why lie? Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced.
