Ordered appliances a month ago and called today to setup delivery only to find out we won't be receiving the appliances. We were told that because they have filed bankruptcy they won't be getting the appliances in and we cannot get a refund. We would have to add our name into the bankruptcy and most likely never get our money back. They said we can come in and pick out scratch and dent floor models but they won't discount them. Terrible way to do business and glad they are going out of business. Karma bites you in the ass. F*ch you HHGREGG🖕🏿

We had an awesome experience. They helped us pick out a refrigerator and washer and dryer set. Never tried to up sell, the staff was super friendly. The manager We dealt with was Andrew and sales associate Kyle. We don't have great credit to say the least and still got an approval on a good amount. They also price matched a Sears price we didn't even know about. So far so good. Just have to wait a week for delivery which isn't a big deal.

Where's my washer and dryer? Who knows. Salesperson is nice, but hhgregg's system of ordering and delivering to maintain the promises they make to the customer is obviously broken. We checked to make sure that the washer and dryer set we were purchasing were in stock and could be delivered. Get a call the day before delivery only to find out they can't be delivered for another week because they weren't in the warehouse as the system indicated they were. Beyond frustrated.

Plenty of selections and reasonable prices. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Hard to turn down the volume of a stereo several times so I could listen to other things. Finally told salesman to quit turning the volume up.

We purchased a washer and dryer about a month ago (to get the sale price and financing), to be delivered to the house that we were purchasing. We set it up for financing and have already made the first payment. The units were supposed to be delivered today. On Tuesday, the sales person called to verify that everything was on for today, I confirmed. Yesterday, I received a call from the salesperson at 2pm, stating that the units had been discontinued and that they didn't have any dryers left. They requested that I come in to see which unit that they were offering to replace it with. When I went to the store, the unit was the same brand, but a completely different color and size. When I asked to speak to the store manager, he refused to come speak to me. I was told that this could be done through the sales person. I will not be going back to HHGregg's.
