We have been very pleased with the work that Crawlspace Remediation did fixing our crawlspace area.
We consulted two companies and ended up going with Crawlspace Remediation. Matt had come out and did the inspection on our space and walked me through step by step what needed to be down and actually was very honest with the work. I told him what the other company had also said and their price point (which was over double what Matt quoted me) and he was honest about what he would do differently and the reason why.
The crew took 8 days to do the work. In the beginning, we had some communication issues, but I was quick to email Matt to let him know about it and the few things I was frustrated on. He called me that same day. I was unable to answer so I called him back the next day and we talked over all of my concerns and he made sure to meet with his crew to make sure my concerns were addressed and fixed.
I also sent pictures of one area that I was not happy with the work on and Matt was also very upset over how the guys did it and he is making sure it fixed properly and professionally. He was very apologetic and thankful that I was allowing him to make the issue correct. I have been very pleased with him and I will definitely use him again for any crawlspace issues and I highly recommend him and his company.

We hired Crawlspace Remediation to fix up some minor foundation cracks and a very gross crawlspace that needed complete renovation (insulation/debris removal, mold spray, encapsulation, etc).
Our experience has been phenomenal from start to finish. Their branch manager, Meriann, is incredibly professional and got us on the schedule right away. They didn't even charge us a traveling fee for being in Benton County (which a couple of contractors have done to us so far). She sent all the billing promptly, and sending payments was simple. Personal checks are going out of style and having the option for an e-check was a huge perk for someone who prefers electronic transactions.
Matt came out to do our inspection. He was on time, courteous, and answered all of our nave questions with incredible patience. We are very new to all of this as first-time home owners, and he explained everything to us without making us feel like idiots (even though some of our questions probably would have deserved it).
The two guys who did the work showed up exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. They were both very polite and respectful of our house. I left a key for them for the rest of the week (it was a 4-day job) and we didn't have any issues.
Matt returned the day after to inspect all their work and make sure it was up to their standards. He fielded more questions from us and listened to all our concerns. They even pointed out some other small issues they found while working in the crawlspace, and Matt came back out to fix it up for a very fair price. Not only that, he decided to completely redo the tucking on the exterior of our foundation because he thought it could be better. We were shocked he would go out of his way to do something we didn't even ask him to do.
Seriously, these guys care so much about the quality of their work, and they will stand by it. They even offered to fix anything that goes wrong without any labor fees. They've been so wonderful that I'm worried they've set the bar too high for any future contractors we have to hire.

ONE OF THE BEST HOME RENOVATION TEAMS EVER! I am new to the community and not familiar with crawl spaces. This was a big issue for the house inspector. Lots of concerns. Matt and Team were remarkable professionals. Fairly evaluated the problems, offered appropriate solutions - no up selling. Matt reviewed options that addressed several of my concerns. Insulation being the biggest one. I decided to add that to my redo and couldn't be happier.
Matt was exceptionally knowledgable and very thorough. The install team were on time, most courteous, neat and tidy and got the job done in 1 day!
And... the front office is spectacular! Incredible customer service, friendly and they followed up. Great billing system.
