I have gotten multiple presents for my friends from this store. There are some local artists featured and the clothing is very one of a kind - I wear the items frequently and they have lasted. I really enjoy talking with the owners about the products - you can tell from their insight they really enjoy the items they are selling!

Received a sweater as a Christmas gift from my daughter that unfortunately did not fit. My daughter specifically asked if it could be returned and was told "You can exchange, with the receipt." Went in to exchange for another size and they refused to exchange, saying they couldn't since the tags were not on the sweater. Nothing said to my daughter about having to have the tags still on the garment. Nothing on the receipt stating tags had to be on the garment. Nothing posted about having to have tags on the garment. We used their photo services on a prior occasion for graduation pictures, spending over $2,000. Will NOT be using them for our 2 upcoming college graduations! On the bright side, Goodwill will be getting a nice sweater.....
