        The last year of delivery has been terrible! Put paper on hold 3 times last year for vacation and came home to newspapers all over the yard EVERY time! I have called literally 40-50 times and get the same spiel! They DO NOT credit for missed papers as promised. In the last week alone we have not received 4 out of 8 papers. DONE!!

        New subscriber and I haven't recieve two weekends of Sunday papers. CS said they would have it redelivered, but it's just been an empty promise.

        Never get the right amount of journals causing customers to be furious, turnover rate is usually moderate, good for a temporary extra income but no days off work 7 days a week.
