Waste Management - Lafayette, IN Hauling

We signed up with waste management 1 month ago, chose trash and recycling. In the 4 weeks we have had our business they have not once taken our recycling. The recycling is every other week, which is great, but after 3 weeks our recycling should have gone out. We began calling, to see why was going on, and to our surprise their customer service has been terrible. They told us every day that someone would come get our recycling, which did not happen. Once they take our recycling and our cans, we’re canceling our service. OH BUT WAIT, IT GETS BETTER My employer has waste management, and to their surprise we’re being charged an overage fee for the container having what amounted to a stick coming out of the top, nothing else, they canceled the service because they had charged an additional fee on every pickup, with so much as a bag extending past the rim on the container. Terrible service, terrible company.
