        Don't know what is going on with the new owners but their customer service needs a complete revamp. Used to be a great company. Sadly this is no longer the case

        They arrived promptly, assessed the situation. They are very knowledgeable and took care of the situation. After 10 years the Geothermal failed. Not an (Edward's install). They recommended a gas system, so happy. My monthly Bill's are halved.
