Noah is a great guy, who really cares about his clients! He gave me some excellent ideas on marketing and discovering pain points. He's definitely someone you can trust your business with. I highly recommend Maximumedia Design!

During the Covid pandemic, my website was hacked that Noah had built. I attempted to contact him SEVERAL times to no avail, through Facebook messenger and text messaging. No response. When I finally got a response, I was ignored for weeks. Finally, I was so upset, I told him to fix it or take it down. He took it down, but kept my .com. So, we are in a pandemic...I can't go to work, every office is closed, still not sure if Purdue is holding classes, trying to lease units to make my mortgage on 2 buildings, working from home and MY WEBSITE IS NOT WORKING! It was hacked for more than a month. I am sure you can imagine my frustration at this point. So, before Covid, when the site was FINALLY up and running in the beginning, there was no response to changes being made. I manage apartments. My rent prices were wrong, no response to updating them at all. I could not make changes. It was a pain. It was unprofessional and very embarrassing to explain to all of my potential tenants that I paid for a website that was wrong, and had to explain WHY my rents were not corrected. So, I had the pictures of my apartments that his photographer had taken. I asked him if he had been paid...NOPE. So, I sent him a check. I was not comfortable using professional pictures that someone else owned that were not paid for, so I made it right. So now, I am out the money I paid for my website that was only running for maybe 5 months, with wrong information. I had to buy all new marketing material (business cards, banners, signs) to change to .org (because he has my .com) and change every other marketing site I had my properties on. This took me HOURS of work, while I am already panicking from the whole pandemic. I also had to rebuild my own website that in my opinion looks better than the one he built. which looks much better that the one that I waited and waited for months to be corrected. During all of this mess, I bought a Teetotum that Noah makes and sells as well. This was obviously before the website mess. I never got one, and 1 year later I got a receipt for it, NEVER receiving it. So, out another what....$40?! I hate that I had to write this review, but I know other people, friends, that have been taken advantage of and money wasted. As a close friend of Noah, I am just baffled about how this all happened. I am out money, and lost a friendship over something that could of been easily fixed in an hour. Take your business elsewhere, and don't get screwed over like a lot of us did.

Very disappointed in Maximum Media and Mr. Mattern for their lack of response to correspondence to address issues with the website he designed. We are unable to update information and cannot access certain parts of the website which has led to inaccurate data being posted during a global pandemic. The attempts at correspondence have been going on for nearly a year with no acknowledgement. We have visited his office in downtown Lafayette and the office was locked up. I have attempted to contact Mr. Mattern personally, through his website, and by leaving a voicemail as well. The agreement between Maximum Media and our health clinic did not include Mr. Mattern retaining administrative rights but he still continues to do so even though we pay for domain rights elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone.

Noah is great to work with. He created my company logo and storefront designs. I couldn’t be happier with his work, he understood my vision and made it happen. He’s creative and awesome to be around!
