I have been with this bank for a couple of years and I suppose since I was constantly pouring my money into the account I was fine. I have recently found myself being charged fees that some have been taken off because of their errors, but not all even though they are still at fault. I have overdraft protection and I have no idea why because it's completely useless! Everyone has been rude and useless at this point. Do not recommend!

At this point I wish I could leave zero stars. I have had my account with Old National for over 6 years and until recently, I never had any problems. Now I have more problems than I can state. 1 including being told they don't know what is going on with any 9f my accounts or how to fix them. Corporate just says they aren't at fault, that I made all the mistakes. Pull the call history, listen to the calls I have made. This ALL falls into a staff member this branch and neither this employee nor anyone else will own up to it. I'm absolutely done with this bank. Please do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.

Less about this location, and more about old national as a whole. I've been banking through old national since 2015 and originally thought it great as a college student which is why I've had the account my entire adult life. Over the last year or two though things have gone downhill rapidly. Inflated fees, regular issues with the mobile app, every transaction sits as pending for multiple business days, deposit funds taking a minimum of 1 day to become available, the list goes on. If you can manage to get in touch with a real human being, their customer service skills and professionalism is pretty good, but I'd say that's all this bank has going for them at this point. I've procrastinated finding a new bank for some time in the hopes that maybe it's after effects of covid or growing pains from the bank aquiring more locations, but unfortunately it's effecting my day to day finances at this point as I never know my true account balance or when I'll get to use my money. You'd be better off going through chime, Dave, or even chase with the way things have turned for the worst. Save yourself the headache and find a different bank.
