Jack's Chrome Shop - Lafayette

I ordered a bumper back in march 2022 and now it’s November 2022. I been trying to get in contact with them but no one answers the phone and they never respond to emails.

I ordered a bumper November 8th 2021 and it's now April 8th 2022 still no bumper!!! I was told several times my bumper was on the way and that was a lie. Then my wife called about the bumper and was told we hadn't received it because it had to be sent out for customs engravings!! I requested a refund and was told on two separate occasions it was being refunded, still no refund. Absolutely the worst chrome shop owner ever!!!

I dont know how this company dosent have 5 stars there the only chrome shop i will ever deal with. Hands down A+ there are knowledgeable about ever thing no matter what truck you have they have what you need to make your ride look amazing !!!!!!!@

Horrible Business I order some things back before Christmas and I haven't heard a thing they don't reply o emails they don't pick up the phone it just says that it went to the voicemail of customer service and no-one is available they are a horrible business do not even THINK of buying from them wish I could have given them no stars. You people should be ashamed of your self doing business this way. smarten up

Absolutely terrible. Wont answer the phone. Wont tel me when my order is suppose to be in. Dont respond to emails. Been trying to call for the last 15 minutes and keep getting voicemail. Would not recommend
