These guys always have what I need when my mower goes down. Sad to hear that they are consolidating to their location further from my home but will definitely continue my business with them!

Zimmer Power Equipment is a very dishonest business that treats its customers with nothing but disrespect.  I brought my mower in for what should have been a very basic repair and was told that it could take UP TO 2 1/2 weeks for repair.  After waiting that amount of time, I called Zimmer and they had no record of my lawn mower being there.  They took my number and said they would do some searching.  They were able to track down my lawn mower, apologized for the mistake and told me the repair would now be prioritized.  I understand that mistakes happen, so I accepted the apology and believed what Zimmer told me.  After another week, I called again for an update on my lawn mower.  I was told that they hadn't got to it yet, but I was "the first name on the board" and that they may even get to it "later today."  This turned out to be another lie told to me by the employees.  Another week went by so I gave Zimmer ANOTHER phone call.  I was told that they hadn't got to it yet, but I was "the first name on the board" and that they may even get to it "later today."  After having it for over a month and not even touching my lawn mower, I went in to get my lawn mower back.  I was told that they were sorry they hadn't worked on it yet but that we were "the next name on the board."  After I confronted the employee about why I had been told this now obvious lie over and over, I was told "well we have some parts coming in for people that are ahead of you."  How am I first on the board if there are multiple repairs ahead of me?  It is clear that the employees will tell customers on the phone whatever it takes to get them off the phone and out of their hair.  Telling everyone they are "up next" in order to avoid a potentially difficult conversation. I can deal with mistakes.  I can get over the fact that it takes over a month for a small engine repair.  However, I cannot do business with a company that operates with zero transparency toward their customers.  I cannot accept lies from MULTIPLE employees.  I don't recommend doing business with Zimmer until their employees are taught some integrity,
