        I used to love doing business with them but since they have changed to Walker Hughes, the customer service has been terrible. I am in the process of changing now to a new agent at a different firm and they are refusing to act on any requests to terminate policies or attempt to move them to the new agent. Very sad, this used to be a very reputable firm to deal with in town. Sorry to say that it just is not the same.
