Custom Covers, Inc

I've been trying to contact this company via call and email for over a year and they refuse to respond in any fashion. We are basically throwing money at them to purchase their doors and nobody will respond. I've had a ton of experience installing and selling these doors (they're great quality) but I've never seen a company with this poor of customer service. It's like they don't want anyone's business outside of their preferred companies listed on their website.

Awesome Company. Quality Doors. I have done a lot of Business with Todd threw out the years and will continue to use his Doors as long as I'm in the Crawl Space industry.

The crawl space door I ordered is of horrible quality. Three out of four welds failed before I even installed this door. The instructions were wrong, it tells you to use a 1/4 inch drill bit to drill into the masonry with the screws provided however the screws will just slip in and out of the pilot hole created. Look at other providers for your needs. Good design horrible quality. Customer service told me that they are not responsible since it was shipped to me. How else do I get it?
