    Worst customer service ever! I worked with them over a month for a replacement machine with no luck. One obstacle after another, calls not returned, repeatedly bothering my doctors office. I switched to Apria and had my new machine in a week.

    I would be inclined to give Lincare one star as well, with one exception. Their front office is the worst, but Mike Berger is an amazing delivery driver for Lincare. He goes out of his way to get the patients what they need. He shows up when he says he will. He delivers exactly what he is supposed to (and then some.) Most importantly, he cares about the patients. If Mike Berger were running this company, they would get five stars.

    Its been nearly a month since my doc sent in the order and Lincare hasnt contacted me. Ive left more messages than I can count with their answering service and havent gotten a call back. They do, however, answer the calls from doctors. Every time though its promises made, promises broken.

    Here we go again. A few years ago I tried to get a bariatric rollator that was prescribed. I even drove to Lebanon to see for myself. They tried to pass off one that was laying around the office. They couldnt find my account on their dinosaur computers, using a DOS program. It was like stepping back in time. I even called corporate and was part of a conference call to the Lebanon office. Neither corporate or the Lebanon office could find my account. I caught them in a lie to corporate.. I finally gave up. I will write the rest of my review later.

    If I could give a ZERO star I would. I have been trying to get a status on my new Cpap machine for over 30 days now. Even called to speak to the manager and no one ever calls back. They won't even give me a status when I ask. They say someone will have to call me but they never do. How can they stay in business with service like this.
