Disappointed because everything was extra...even the Head table for the wedding party! The location is nice, I must admit but really....then they went through the garbage after the wedding and said they found a bottle of vodka, not one they use, and charged us for that!. Also we had arranged to have one of the kegs tapped prior to the wedding so that the guys could have a few cold ones while waiting around...well when we asked to have it tapped they then said they couldn't do that because their was no one to do that, no bartender...BUT they could offer us a case of beer for 107.00 dollars!!! Yep that's right,,,,,BE VERY CAREFUL.....Looks can be deceiving...

Beautiful location, excellent food, and great serving staff, which you would expect to create a wonderful experience. However, that is sadly untrue. The management is atrocious and so are the rules they force upon your group after your event has started. Their sales tactics are completely "Bait and Switch 101." If you are looking to have a classy party, wedding, or event, please save yourself the heartache and embarrassment of using Lumiere as your venue.
Leaving out most of the details and events of this wedding of horror, here is a quick overview of the evening:
The group of more than 200 was forced out early, after paying a large five figure amount for the venue and after paying the ridiculous fees handed to us with less than 30 minutes left in our abrupt curfew. The wedding party was uninformed, yet reprimanded, for bringing flasks - wedding gifts received from the bride and groom, onto the premise. After the sudden shutdown of the reception, the wedding party was required to hastily remove all items associated with the wedding and promptly leave. Wedding guests were left in the dark - when I say dark, I mean pitch black with no lights, for over an hour waiting for transportation. The deposit was not returned.
