    Bryant has always been our go to place to call for issues with our heating and cooling. When I learned that they do electrical work too, we called them to update our electrical box. Everything went perfect! When we decided to get our AC and furnace replaced, we didn't hesitate to call them. Service started quickly and we were informed when the workers needed to access something or leave the area. The reason I gave 3 stars is because one of the workers didn't keep his mask on when my husband or I were in close proximity. The other worker did. I took it very seriously as I told them I was recently transplanted and I have a low immune system due to my transplant medication. I just made sure to wear my mask when I was close around. Second concern was when the workers had to come back another day but someone forgot to clean up their spit cup full of tobacco before leaving. What a gross surprise! Also while they were gone, I'm guessing at some point someone turned off the breaker for the basement during the installation of the furnace but our sump pump was turned off and of course we had such a heavy downpour the following day that our basement flooded! ugh! My husband said not to worry about it but I was pretty upset I didn't know about the breaker or I would of known to press the button to turn the sump pump back on. Just poor communication there. Then when everything was installed and they were finished, about a month later it got hot enough for us to turn on the AC but it was blowing hot air. Had a different guy from Bryant service it and said that someone just forgot to turn on the breaker for the AC. Easy fix and he was on his way after apologizing and giving us a giftcard. Overall the experience could've been better but I still would recommend Bryant to anyone who wanted quick service and products that are durable and cost worthy.
