Disconnected me for past due, fine my fault I work 14 hours a day it slipped my mind, made the payment right away after I got home and I had no energy. I called the number and they said there’s nothing they can do past business hours meaning I will be without power tonight until tomorrow. I asked if there was anything I could do and they said no and to call again because I had to remind them to reconnect me.. NICE

Always prompt to fix issues no matter the weather. We just had a storm that flooded the roads and watched lightning take out the transformer down the street. Twenty minutes later the Tipmont truck was out to investigate and two hours later had power restored. Never had that kind of service with any other power company in the Midwest. You guys are amazing!

0 urgency to work with customers or fix issues you are having. The only time they are attentive to you is if you have a balance. I have no way to view my bills or pay them, and they haven’t cared to fix it in months, if not a whole year.
