        We stopped at Lindy Freeze coming from Turkey Run State Park on our way back to Lafayette. We would come back again, especially for the ice cream and onion rings! I loved the seasonal flavors and generally wide selection.

        We stopped at the drive-thru as we were on our way through town. I don't know what the car in front of us ordered but we were in line for about 10 minutes and they still hadn't moved. So we had to pull away and leave without ordering.

        We passed through Linden on our way back from Turkey Run State Park and let me just say, this old school ice cream parlor is a real treat! The burgers are made picnic style with clearly fresh ingredients, and the onion rings were perhaps the best we've had to date. Not to mention the ice cream is great too. If we return to other parks in the area we will be sure to stop here again!
