Shipped my gun to get work on. After about a month of waiting and many calls to Colorado gun works for status on my gun which they did not want to give me. I had to call the manufacturer for them to call. Got my gun back and it's doing the same thing. Waist of time

There's a point where my patience has reached a full stop and these guys brought me to it. Had a brand new malfunctioning Bersa shipped to them from my local FFL in mid-May and it's now about to be August and they're just telling me it's shipping out after having said two weeks ago that it's basically top of the list and should "definitely" be at my dealer by the 30th (it won't). I am never buying Bersa again until they step up their warranty fulfillment game. This level of performance is abysmal for a "quality" handgun manufacturer. Will be sticking with Sig from here onward.

I sent a gun in almost a year ago. I have the confirmation that it was delivered but I've never heard a word from this company. I have called and left messages but they won't return my call. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever see my gun again.

They may have moved, but unless they have changed ownership (which by the sounds of the other reviews, they haven't judged on lack of service) this is easily the most unprofessional shop I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Sent them a firearm, under warranty, to be fixed due to a squib load leading to a bulged barrel. Not only was the owner insulting, he flat out called me a liar in the presentation of the issues, up to requiring me to send the remaining ammunition that was fired to test independently of that firearm and claimed it was a requirement for the work to done. Fast forward six months, no firearm, multiple calls to/from Eagle Importers VP directly, and I finally get my firearm back. I also received a note stating I would never be able to send to them for repairs again, warranty or otherwise. So if you want your firearm sucked into a black hole of time, be insulted, and told never to come back, this is the place for you. Edit: typo
