I took my truck in to get a tire replacement on my road hazard warranty. They replaced it with a black wall tire when it was a white letter tire that was on there to begin with. Not impressed at all.

I recently went to this Best One Tire location for my oil change and tire rotation. It took them almost 2 hours to change my oil and get a tire rotation... There was literally only 1 more person in front of me in line when I arrived there shortly after they opened on 11/16/23.
A few times in In the past, they would forget to reset my oil light during my oil change process. When I noticed that my oil light was still on after my oil changes, I would have to bring my Jeep back in, and they would quickly reset my oil light properly.
This 1 star is not because of them not resetting my oil light on multiple occasions before. The purpose of my 1 star review is that due to Best One Tire's ineptitude, I could have potentially blown my motor in my Jeep this past Saturday.
I got my oil change on 11/16/23 at this Best One Tire location. In the evening on 11/25/23, I was driving my Jeep. I was about an hour west of Marion (my hometown) when my dash suddenly lit up several lights: "low oil pressure", "low oil", "service engine soon", "check engine" etc. I immediately lost all thrust in my vehicle, and I couldn't get it above 25 mph. I immediately pulled over my Jeep, and I popped the hood. There was literally oil EVERYWHERE throughout my engine bay, and my oil cap was totally missing. I pulled out my dipstick, and my oil level was bone dry. Luckily, I was pulled over in a random Dollar General parking lot. I went into Dollar General, and I bought 3 quarts of 5W-30 oil. I was able to make it home after I put the 3 quarts of oil in the engine even though I was still missing the oil cap. I ended up buying 1 more quart of oil and an oil cap the next day (11/26/23) from Autozone. I still have all of my receipts for the multiple quarts of oil and oil cap that I had to buy over 2 days (it was Thanksgiving weekend, too).
On Monday, 11/27/23, I brought my Jeep back to this location. The manager named Brian admitted that his employees either forgot to put on the oil cap or that they didn't put it back on tight enough, causing it to fall off. He also informed me that I was the 2nd customer this month that the oil cap problem arose and that "he lectured" his guys about the problem.
Best One Tire did clean up all the oil that was spilled in my engine bay, and they topped off my oil too... They didn't offer anything else. They should have reimbursed me the $60 that I paid for the oil change on 11/16, they should have completely gave me a new free oil change and they should have reimbursed me for the 4 quarts of oil and the oil cap that I had to buy. I have receipts for everything. I was extremely lucky that my engine didn't blow because of them. See photos of my oil soaked engine with this review. Every word that was said to me on my visit on 11/27 was documented from the time I walked in to the time that I walked out...let's just say that.
How much do you trust them?
No, I'm not emailing them about this either. This review is sufficient, and they already know what they did. If they want to reach out to me directly, they can but I'm not going to initiate it...
