I was in the market for 2022 jeep wrangler unlimited sport. Since I am in St. Louis mo things didnt work out .We end up getting locally We were dealing with Jaylin, Sale person was amazing. Great communications

Sherry at the Gascity dealership is very unprofessional I bought a vehicle there and got vehicle coverage from a private vendor who mike Anderson was contracted thru. I never was told that the dealership added on an extra over 1k for coverage. Well vehicle broke down the company that I had vehicle coverage thru denied my claim. I canceled contract. Sherry filed for the refund from the insurance provider. I received that however she hid the fact that they had to refund me as well only way I found out was by calling the coverage insurance provider. So she confirmed that they did owe me and would get the check sent out immediately. Well after 6 calls and voicemails she still hasnt returned my call. Very bad business and un professional

Jaylin is an awesome guy to work with. Went beyond and above to get me an amazing deal. Also had a small issue after purchase he jumped right in got it into service and loaned me a replacement. All the guys at the dealership are amazing and take great care of the customers.
