      image What happens when you try to use a hometown bank to support the community but live in another state? Your account gets locked regularly during the most inconvenient times. Over and over again, my account has been locked even though VIA knows that I dont live in Indiana. This isnt so much a review of the banks in general, more so the GOD AWFUL operation of the fraud department. I will be closing my account AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
