Chuck's Sewer & Drain Cleaning Plumbing Contractor

I called Chuck's since my sink was experiencing drainage issues. I called around 9:30am, Chuck called back at 1:30pm, I was super friendly, I started by giving him times that I am available for them to come in, he was super rude, saying "you are making it super hard for us ma'am we don't come at your convenience, we will just call when we can get you in." After the call it took me a moment to realize what had just happen, attacking me for giving you times that you can come in? I thought companies prefer that! SUPER RUDE. I immediatley called back and said I will not be using their service. POOR customer service, he made me feel stupid and I could not believe the way he treated me as a customer.

I have used this company for years and always liked their work and would tell others to use them....last summer, he was rude, I felt stupid and that I made a horrible mistake asking them to do my work again....it will never happen again and I use to be so comfortable with this company....and I even apologized to is helper when he was not around...he helper was nice.....but you have lost my business....
