Everyone was really nice and helpful. I'm just really glad that I had Kristina and Susan to deal with the insurance company. Prior to me reaching out to Hensley, it was a nightmare. Working with them was simple. They kept things easy-going the whole time. But they definitely met all my needs and took care of anything I was worried about. The service here was really excellent. I hate leaving voicemails but they would always return my call within 3 minutes. My accident lawyer, Mallory, was really on top of things. This is my third time using Hensley and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. My family has already used them as well. They are a great firm.
