Water coming up from our drain downstairs laundry room, shower, and toilet plugged. Downing came over right away. Our Home Warranty sent out a Plumber and he said he couldn't do the work, Downing had no problem doing what needed to be done! I purchased the Ducky plan, thanks to my Mom for the referral!! Thanks to Ben and Mike from Downing!!

They overcharged my elderly neighbor when they MISDIAGNOSED her plumbing problem which, in turn, prolonged the process of resolving her issue. We were finally able to find a plumber that corrected her problem, and for half of what Downing charged to misdiagnose it in the first place.

I called Downing Plumbing on January 23, 2024 at 830 am. Notice my water heater was malfunctioning. Spoke with Dawn at Downing Plumbing about the problem I was having. Due to the icy roads.Dawn stated Someone could come out this afternoon. I rcvd a call back from Downing Plumbing at @9:30 am.(Stating the technician was on his way. ) Mike came within that time frame. He was very professional.He displayed knowledge and expertise in the evaluation of my water heater.
He measured, removed, and installed my water heater in a timely manner. He did an awesome job. He made sure the job he performed was correct. He called Downing Plumbing company to order the water heater. Another gentleman brought the water heater to Mike. Assisted him in placing the water heater in position. Mike completed the job .He provided me with quality service. I really appreciate it . He was able to provide me with service in a prompt manner. He cleaned up. No mess was left. I highly recommend Downing Plumbing. The years I have had Plumbing,waterheater and sumppumps replaced. I never had to call them back for work, not performed correctly. (Mike was excellent. !!! Give him 5 stars )I will continue to use Downing Plumbing. If their is a problem that they are not able to provide that service. They will tell you. Request Mike Service: Toilet repair
