        Today I had an outage and could not get through to the Tech department but was able to get 2through to residential customer service. I was super frustrated because I've had a couple outages this month. Even though she could not personally fix any of my issues she explained to me each step of the process and made me feel so heard. She also let me know what was causing the outage today. Which made me feel like I wasn't just being appeased but actually helped.

        Customer service is fabulous. The are always nice and helpful. Speedy service, great technicians. My only complaint is that I still cannot get broadband or fiber internet 4 miles outside if hebron. And they are the only internet provider if I do not get satellite internet.
