      image Absolute garbage service. I've been on this train 5 days a week for the past 12 years now and I've about had it with the south shore. Trips are longer with way more walking involved, there's hardly every enough room for everyone on the assortment of trains and busses you have to take, and they're not lowering the ticket prices to offset the issue. They're greedy. My commute takes so much longer both ways now but I'm still paying the same price. I'm guessing ticket prices will go up if/when this track project is completed. Also, the carrol Ave station's enclosed waiting area is always trashed and there's an 80% chance of finding human feces in there. If things keep getting worse, I'm just going to keep getting on the train and refusing to give a ticket.
