What a shame to have to leave a bad comment, but it is important that the communication inform you that this Mr. Abraham Gordillo, owner of the flower shop, bought Roses from Steel Flowers of Ecuador, in April and May 2023, and until now he has not canceled the value of the pending invoices, making absurd pretexts that his clients do not pay them, he has me deceiving that he is going to cancel me on Thursday of this week and until now Thursday has not arrived for him to cancel us... I would give this business negative stars if I could. I placed an order on 2/12/2024 to have flowers delivered to my 70-year-old mother on her birthday, 2/15. My mother called at 5:30 pm EST to advise she had not received her delivery. I called the local number and was told by a rather unprofessional gentleman that her flowers would be delivered within the hour. My mother waited until the main doors were locked at her retirement facility at 7:30 PM EST and NEVER RECEIVED HER FLOWERS. I will be calling tomorrow to request a full refund and I will NEVER use this business again. In addition, her retirement community is right down the road from this business! I am pissed my poor 70-year-old mother waited ALL DAY for her flowers and never received them.

(By Sharon Pickell). It was my Birthday on Wednesday February 7 2024. I glanced out my front window and saw a guy headed down my drive to a small dirty car. When he drove off I opened the front door and saw a vase of flowers on the step. Almost could not open the door without knocking the vase over. The delivery person did not ring the door bell to alert me of a delivery. The flowers in the vase were not wrapped etc for delivery. You cant just plop flowers on a door step! The bouquet was like some one just grabbed a bunch of flowers, stuck them in a vase, stuck a wire with sad ribbon dangling in. No arranging of flowers! Center flowers are down while flowers on the edge are randomly sticking up! The flowers are nice colors but look like a child stuck them in. And to think my friends in TN paid a lot for this is outrageous!!

They did everything I asked for and then some I loved it and I will be back
