        Set up and appointment to talk over the phone regarding my situation, had to reschedule twice and after speaking with someone, they werent helpful at all and came off very rude. 1/10 do not recommend

        We found Mr. Bruce to not be very personable. He talked to us from clear across. a room. We found this a little strange! I am a little hard of hearing and with his low voice I could hardly understand a thing he said. Bad vibes from the very start!

      Sir, thank you for feedback. You requested a quote over the phone not an appointment. As we provide quotes based on information we receive from the actual prospective client after doing a consultation with them, we simply asked that you have her contact us to schedule an appointment. You then became angry that we would not give you a quote over the phone and then hung up the phone. We endeavor to set our fees reasonably, based on the facts and circumstances of the case. We do not set cookie cutter fees. Most of our actual clients appreciate this. We do wish your girlfriend the best.
