Farmers Insurance - Kyle Wagner

Had a accident where I was rear ended got screwed on that by my insurance. Then i sent them the sr21 for the state showing I had insurance they messed that up. Had my license suspended because they didn't properly do their job so was not able to drive for over a week. Got no compensation or apology. They want you premium but then you are on your own poor agency

04.19.18 Got new insurance, had a LOT of questions the person at the national call number couldn't answer, they refered me to my local agent, Kyle. I got here at 9am, he doesn't come in till 10, his wife Janice said she could help me. She asked my name, and didn't just misspelled it but spelled a completely different name. When she found me in the system and said my address, it was the wrong street. Then, her and her secretary chris started verbally jumping on me saying I was being rude, and a third voice from around a corner jumped in. I asked if I could speak to one at a time, they got more rude, and Janice got up and went around the corner and very loudly said "Do you have a baseball bat, I might need it with this guy". I yelled to her that would be a very bad day for both of us. She then directed me to a different agent, while telling me she has 26 year experience here, and the other has 13.. and I told her that years at a job do not equal the QUALITY of a job. Afterward, I called the national line to complain, and filed a police report. I then had Janice Wagners district manager call me, falling over himself to apologize after finding out I CANCELED this policy and got other insurance within two hours of this incident. I'm still going through legal channels, I'm not letting her off that easy.
