I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. This is a fake picture as far as I know, because I've never seen this place as there business. I've still yet been able to find their business. They also do a less than poor job!!!!!! On Everything!!!!!

Two times I called for an estimate for wind damage and both times I was told someone would be out to look at it. No estimate, no phone call either time. Just wasted time and a roof still needing repair.

KGC was in my neighborhood offering free quotes for roof repairs following some strong winds (05/18/2019). They suggested I call my insurance provider following their quote. I contacted my insurance and sure thing, I needed to replace some of my roof (the front half only). I worked with Jailon at KGC who was very attentive and pleasant to work with. KGC was scheduled to come out to complete the repair but due to a few days of rain they were unable to make it out. I reached out to Jailon on 06/11/2019 to be proactive about getting rescheduled and Jailon informed me that because of the rain they were unable to make it out but should be out by Friday (06/14/2019) but would hope to be out sooner. KGC was able to make it out on 06/12/2019 but did not inform us they would be heading our way (Ring Doorbell ring: arrived at 11:54 am). We did not have to be home for the repairs, but they should have contacted us prior to arriving for repairs. KGC completed work on the front half of our roof and at approximately 10:16 pm (Ring Doorbell ring) they rang the doorbell to inform us they were finished. Upon completion of their work they informed us they were going to leave their trailer in our driveway as it was dark out and were unable to reconnect the trailer to their truck. Leaving the trailer behind was fine, but my wife had an appointment the following morning (10:00 am 06/13/2019) and the trailer needed to be moved by 9:30 am. The morning of 06/13/2019 the trailer had not been moved and we contacted both Jailon (8:38 am) and the KGC (8:39 am) office to inform them of the issue. At 10:10 am KGC finally moved the trailer but this still forced my wife to have to cancel her appointment. Overall I am pleased with the work on the roof. I have not competed a complete survey of their work, but they spent a fair amount of time cleaning up the debris and nails from around my house. The contractors were friendly. Jailon was attentive. I would recommend them if you're looking for a roofing contractor but I would encourage you to discus your expectations with them up front. My experience with the company was not the best, but knowing what I know now I would be prepared and everything would be sorted out. Update: The payment process was a headache. Zach sent me a text message with a line item picture saying we were $987.01 short after our final check was written. After discussing with my wife and reviewing the agreed upon contract we tried to figure out how we were that far off. After discussing the issue with Zach via text messages I found out the check was written incorrectly and we were in fact $900 short. The $87.01 extra Zach was trying to collect turned out to be an error on their end. Because this conversation occurred via text message there was unnecessary confusion. This is a conversation that should have happened over a phone call. Everything worked out in the end, but there was undue stress.
