Luke and Jamie are phenomenal. My house is a problem child but they have come to the rescue each time. Super kind, trustworthy and get the job done. 10/10. I wont use ANYONE else!

I've used these folks for a while now. They are fantastic. They always take care of the problem without pressuring me to buy anything I don't need. This shows me that they care about the people in their community, that they just want to help their neighbors honestly, and with integrity. Recently, I got a second opinion from them after I foolishly called another company first. Their second opinion not only gave me reassurance going into the winter months, but they potentially saved me well over $10k that the "other" company would have gotten out of me after encouraging me to replace my entire system. Frank H. Monroe Heating and Cooling have shown me that they truly care about the people in their community, and that their neighbor's well being is more important than dollar signs. I'll never call anyone else again.

Absolutely the best. Our A/C stopped working. The technician arrived on time, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately it was beyond repair and we needed a whole new heating and air system, inside and out. I shopped around and found that other companies were asking thousands of dollars more, for a lower quality system. They were able to schedule our installation really quickly. The installation guys were on time, courteous, and did a fantastic job. They wouldn't leave until they made sure I had no questions or concerns, and made sure to teach me how to use my new thermostat. The business office always answered the phone, they were friendly and tremendously helpful. They created an affordable payment plan for us, and I couldn't be happier! Very excellent service. We called a few different places to come and look at our air conditioner this summer and some of the quotes were outrageous. But Frank H Monroe was able to repair our air conditioner for under $1000. I know this will not guarantee it will fix the problem permanently but I can tell you its working fabulous now. I definitely trust this company.
