The quality and style of the womens clothes are nice. However, the customer service is horrible. I have visited this store numerous times and have yet to be greeted upon entry. Even when checking out I have yet to receive a thank you or any other pleasantries. I just purchased some items today. Upon checkout the clerk handed me my bag while turning away and simply saying here you go. I almost asked for a refund at that very moment. But decided it wouldnt do any good or prove a point. I believe in giving the customer space to shop but this feel like the employees are unwelcoming/unappreciative of the fact that folks are here to spend their hard earned money. Express do better!
