I have called SOOOOOO many times to cancel my membership and get my money back its ridiculous. I loved going to the gym but had to stop because I moved to Texas but the process to get it cancelled has been miserable. I cancelled in January and Ive been getting charged every month still. I called so many times in between and I understand COVID happened but I have spoken to someone after the gym opened back up and she promised someone would call back.. however no call BUT the member ship got canceled but I havent received the money Ive been charged every month. Its not fair to just take peoples money like that. Thats over 100$ they owe me. Very unprofessional. Update 1.5 years later still havent gotten my money back.

Not open to the public apparently. Called left 3 messages 3 different times, checked in at location even door was locked no one inside working. Not a way to gain customers.

I was a member here for two years. When covid hit the gym closed, and while it was closed I was in the transition of moving to a different state. I needed to cancel my account and could not go in to do it. After the move I called many times and left many voicemails trying to explain the situation and not a single call was answered or returned. For 8 months this went on and my card was charged 8 more times before I finally called my bank and had to cancel my card. How unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and join a different gym.

The AC has been out for weeks and the humidity indoors is worse than being outside. WHEN is this going to be fixed????
