Coach Ashley and the other coaches are simply fantastic! I’ve never witnessed a fitness/nutritional program so personal and sincere to their clients’ overall well-being. Check—ins are essential to keep me going. Personalization of my meal plan is important to not only my body’s likes and dislikes, but also to my intestinal health. And personalization to what I can and can’t do at every stage calm my fears about my limitations in my age group. Thank you for everything you do - your consistency to go above and beyond have helped me to be more accountable to myself and others!
