I could not be happier with the outcome of the sale of my condo. The realty fee was VERY reasonable. Josh responded quick when I had questions. Truly…while I had to say: “Good by”. to the place I loved, at least I did not feel broke after realty fees. The closing went very well. I would recommend Paradigm any time. I feel blessed.

You set your own price, set the buyers agent commission - and YOU get to speak with the buyers agents! You get to be in charge of the sale of your own home! You don't have to wait to hear back from a listing agent who rarely calls - and factor in a third party's schedule to sell your own house or hold an open house. Josh's service has been amazing! I have saved THOUSANDS of dollars in real estate commissions over the years. I am honestly amazed with modern technology - that the traditional listing agent is even used any more.
