Eastern Estates is a clean, friendly place to love. Rent is reasonably priced. It is a safe place for kids to be able to play as everyone watches out for them.

This is the worst place on Earth you think because it's small that it would be peaceful it's not the owner starts harassing you to pay your water bill a week and a half before it's even due let some tenants get by with trashing their yard when other tenants are trying to make it look nice all the owner cares about is money his maintenance man is a joke he never does anything except cause 90% of the drama himself if I had it to do all over again I wouldn't have moved in here looking for a place
