        Never going to one of their auctions again. Waited all day for an individual numbered group of 14 wagons and they decided half way through to offer choice or all. Several people waited all sale for the wagons and when they got to a cheap one a buyer bought the rest. This was an individual # equip auction with internet bidding. It would have taken 15 more minutes to finish the selling individual wagons.Changing the way the auction was conducted so the owner can buy back equip at a lower cost is not the way to do business.

        Called twice and left messages but two days later no reply. Tried to send them a email but their website wont let me send it. They sent me nice color sale catalog but not all listed items were even available at sale. Unprofessional
