Hanes offered great service, was very knowledgeable and had our AC cooling in no time. Already have scheduled another service appt with them to check the heating and air in our all seasons room. Fair and honest and would absolutely recommend!

Called them a few times now for furnace and AC. Last time, no AC during heat wave. Assumed I would have to replace the AC. Tech had us cooled in 30 minutes. Something about a capacitor (?). We were ready to shell out thousands but it only cost a couple hundred. Quick, professional. Hire with confidence!

Excellent experience. Highly recommend. We had no AC during a heat wave because furnace fan motor burned out, so no air movement. The motor was unusual type, expensive, and hard to get so we decided to replace entire furnace, since it was getting old. Reasonable pricing and especially great workmanship. Josh Hanes owns the company and did the work. He was very urgent about getting us out of the miserable heat and moved fast to get supplies and install the unit. Our upstairs bedroom has always been hot and isnâ€™t anymore at all. At first, I thought it was just a better furnace (which Iâ€™m convinced it is) but later I realized the old furnaceâ€™s ductwork had not been done correctly because the basement was always freezing during the summer because it was leaking a lot of cold air where we needed it least. Now the cold air goes where we want it to go because we found someone who knows what theyâ€™re doing! Iâ€™m guessing our heating bills will go down this winter too. They definitely lived up to their name â€” comfort! Services: AC repair, HVAC repair, Heating system installation
