Dr. D. Durell and Joni were amazing with my filling today. I have NEVER experienced the numbing shot without feeling it. I was so relaxed during the filling that I almost fell asleep. They were so nice and explained everything. My filling looks so natural and they matched my color to the tee. I have always been anxious at the dentist but today I was not. I am in shock of how well this entire appointment was today. I am sticking with this office. It was also a pleasure speaking with the front desk staff. A friendly face at the beginning and end of the appointment is also a plus.

I tell you that I found the most wonderful dentist. I have been afraid of dentist all if my life. I randomly chose this family and have been in love every since. So calming and they make you feel warm welcome and comfortable. I encourage you to try them!

Durell and Durell team always takes good care of my wife and I and they can do the same for you. Dr Laura is my dentist. She is very kind, caring and knows how to communicate effectively to put you at ease while addressing the issues at hand. Their staff are highly effective, caring and want the best for their patients. From check in, through the procedure, to exiting the check out station, my experience is fantastic. A little back ground: She helped me develop an action plan to correct my long time-self neglected dental issues. We spent the next 2.0 years together to address and correct the issues, we are now corrected and back on a good maintenance plan that I will continue with. Thank you for taking good care of me, much appreciated!

I was scheduled to have 9 tooth extractions on December 27, 2023. Not having heard from the Durell office, in regards to when I should stop taking the blood thinner medications I was taking, prior to the procedure, I contacted their office. I was treated rudely by office staff, when I became upset that I could have bled out in their office, and why they didn't catch the blood thinner medications, to prevent such a disaster. They had an entire list of my medications, but neglected to refer to them prior to my procedure, but took absolutely no responsibility for their mistake. I was told that the procedure was cancelled for the 27th until they heard from my cardiologist. I stated that I could not begin to trust them and that I would go elsewhere for my dental needs. Since then I have emailed their office, on 3 occasions, so I would have documentation, and asked for the return of my $1,000 deposit. They have not responded to ANY of my emails in three weeks time. Had the procedure taken place, due to their neglect, I could have died in their office, and no one seems to care. They also cost me $1,500 from my insurance company for coverage I could have had for 2023. I just want my deposit back.
