After almost a week of constant back and forth emails they kept asking for more and more information. They asked for tax documents, I sent them, and then had the nerve to ask CPA contact information as if we were doing something fraudulent. In the last attempt to ask them to 'please provide us the list of the exact documents you need' because we were getting extremely frustrated with the back and forth, they told us to go somewhere else.

Worst place we have ever gone through. 1st they mess up what kinda lone it is. Finally got it done was approved put a bid on the house was going to close on it tomorrow BUT all of a sudden we can't our stuff isn't good enough. Lost out on 500 dollars for inspection. Enrolled my kid into school that we now have to change. They dont know what they are doing. Worst place ever.
