Stopped in this store this evening to get my usual hot white chocolate mocha latte made with blonde roast that I've been drinking for at least 15 years. My daughter worked at Starbucks all through high school and college and then managed a store for a while so I've had my fair share of these drinks from several different stores, cities, even States. The shop was hopping, line wrapped around the building for drive thru and also busy inside. Everyone I encountered was very nice was working great together. That drink was the smoothest I think I have ever had in my life. I enjoyed every single drop. You are appreciated!

No bathroom, no business. You want to charge how much for a drink and not allow customers to use a bathroom?

I come to this Starbucks location often and all of my visits to this Starbucks location have been great. I recently went to this Starbucks (03-22-2023) the brista by the name of Maya had was really rude and disrespectful.

The thing I found most peculiar about my visit here is that the Barista didn't ask me how my day was until I selected the tip option on the cashier screen. She was a nice young lady but that did strike me as odd. I don't mind tipping as I have the means for it, but somebody who does not should not feel pressured to do so and they definitely should not be treated differently. The establishment also had no restroom and the Barista suggested I use the restroom in the Panda Express next door. When I used their restroom they informed me that it was it for customers only and that I needed to leave or purchase something. This was by no means the Barista's fault, but perhaps she could've provided a better suggestion for me than to use a bathroom that I am not allowed to use. The tea I ordered was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Atmosphere was dim and cramped and pretty much no indoor seating.
