Plymouth Family Dentistry

Was sent an email with an offer for an exam a cleaning and x-rays and when I got there they told me that they could not do everything in one setting that I would have to come back. And then they told me that I would have to have x-rays sent over from my previous dentist. They should have told me that when I called them the month prior. And because I have had hip surgery and needed to take antibiotics I had to call my doctor in Indianapolis to get antibiotics which I had to take an hour before my service. Which meant if the service wasn't done that day I had to do it all over again and pay for additional antibiotics. This is the second time I have had issues with this place. We'll never go back again.

The staff was very friendly despite being short handed that day. They worked with me over the occasional text message while I was at work to get me in as soon as possible.
