        Thumbs down made an appointment 3 months ago and finally its our day to get new glasses and contacts and they dont take our insurance!!!!!! Should have checked with us before making the appointment to begin with!!!

        They're great in office & are kid friendly, however it would be nice if they would answer the phone during business hours bc I've been trying to call for days and haven't gotten through :/
