Been with them for years because no one else will take my insurance but now that I have dont even have insurance and I have to pay out of pocket anyway, I can finally say this (and go anywhere else): I only recommend this place if you have no other choice. I don't feel like a complete exam is given and he refuses to write your prescription down so you can have it to buy sunglasses anywhere else (they don't sell prescription sunglasses and look at you as though your crazy for asking for them). I have spent at least $2000 out of pocket here the last couple years and he has always refused to write my prescription down for me. This is the ONLY reason I chose to go somewhere else.

Absolutely love this office! My daughter and I were in and out within 15mins or so. Daughter received her glasses less than a week and was very pleased. Customer service from the manager was excellent, we absolutely love you and thank you for the pep talk with my daughter about her being her and just made her day!! You know who you are girl, we picked her glasses up early morn when manager was dealing with a flood in back room lol!!!!

Purchased my new glasses today and worked with Lori getting the entire process set up - Lori is so laid back and professional - she has the passion to make sure all my questions were answered - and it is easy to see that she CARES - it is always a genuine pleasure to work with a person who has fun in their profession and makes you feel that your business is very much appreciated - would highly recommend Quality Optical and Lori - she is fantastic.
