This was my sons 1st visit here and from the reception to the Dentist we felt so welcomed! Natalie was absolutely wonderful! She made my son at ease and comfortable. We definitely will be back. Thank you Advance Dental!

Each person at this office is amazing. Treated me with such kindness while I was worried I've had two root canals and it was a walk in the park. I highly recommend this office

I had a terrible experience trying to get my teeth cleaned. My first appointment was cancelled because their receptionist Nikki scheduled me during their lunch (how do you do that?), then they rescheduled my appointment (next day) that was also cancelled because their dentist hurt his wrist. They then sent me to their Chesterton location to then refuse my dental for a regular cleaning because u needed a deeper cleaning. They did not give me a reason and when I told them I just needed a regular cleaning that was covered by my insurance. Cheyenne told me they couldnt leagaly do that. Wow! Last time I had my teeth cleaned at my normal dentist about 6 months ago they did not find anything wrong with my gums. According to the hygienist she saw some bleeding after she poked the front and back of my gums.(normal from the poking) They wanted to charge me $180.00 to do the deep cleaning that was not covered by my insurance! They wasted my time and gas money to not even give me a normal cleaning. I will happily go back to my regular dentist where I can get a cleaning without all this trouble. I came here from a referral (closer to my home) NEVER AGAIN. Just so you know because of the way I was handled by your staff you not only lost me but you lost my son my daughter and my husband from ever coming to get any dental work from your office. So money out of your pocket into another dental office! Staff is very unprofessional!
