Refused to rent to me because of my mobility issues. They made several excuses about stairs, already rented (when it's still posted for rent), going to be going to another management company, etc... They even said they cannot accommodate me when the ADA and HUD rules say they have to make reasonable accommodations. The sad thing is about 3-4 of the realtors are on the list for the voucher program.

If one realtor represents the whole group then this place should be done away with. Robbin Bitner rented out a cockroach and bed bug infested house to me! He and his wife said they didnt know it was infested, but there were bug traps set up all throughout the house as well as the tenants on the other side confirming a previous infestation! He uses someone close to him as his exterminator and the exterminator does not do a professional job. There were bed bugs on the steps and roaches in the cabinets as well as all over the floor! Some were dead but the majority were alive. At 227 KINSEY ST, Robbin caused a tort by breaking Ind. Code 32-31-8-5 which states that: A landlord shall do the following:
(1) Deliver the rental premises to a tenant in compliance with the rental agreement, and in a safe, clean, and habitable condition.
(2) Comply with all health and housing codes applicable to the rental premises. by failing to deliver the rental in a clean habitable condition.
